We bring over 13 years of experience to complex home renovations, additions, and custom ADUs across Northern California. From concept to completion — one integrated team, three premier markets.
We hired Hand + Hammer Development for a full kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier with the results. Eric and his team handled everything from the initial design concept through construction, which made the whole process so much easier than hiring separate designers and contractors. The quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding, they stayed on budget, and communication was great from start to finish. If you’re looking for a design-build contractor in Sacramento, these guys are the real deal. Highly recommend.
